
Method:
In a pot add 1 liter milk, add sugar, stir it and add seedless dates and add cardamom powder 1/4 tsp, add grinded almonds and pistachios 2 tbsps., cook on low flame continue stirring for 6-7 mins. Now in a separate pan add 2 tbsps. of butter and vermicelli(sewaiyyan) 100 gms and roast it until golden brown and in a cooked milk. And now add sliced almonds n pistachios n cook for 5 mins. Delicious delight is ready to eat

Almonds finely sliced 2tbsps
Pistachios finely sliced 1tbsp /
Dates seedless 6-7pcs
Butter 2tbsp
Cardamom small powder 1/4 tsp
Almond n pistachio grinded 2 tbsps.
